Little Spy, Cocteau and I travelled over to the Netherlands for this amazing festival. I'd totally recommend it - there's so much to see before you even get to the bands and it's HUGE.
I took photos of Gogol's set. Here's a few:

Fuckin yes mate. LOVE your photos <3
Lowlands is INCREDIBLE.
And they played Mala Vida, which Little Spy and I had never heard live before. I was very happy. |

You can listen to a large portion of Gogol's performance on the 3voor12.nl website here. I've been trying to rip it, so I could burn it onto a cd, but alas, no such luck... so if there's anyone out there who did manage to do it, please share?
Personally I'm a little disappointed they didnt broadcast anything on tv they're on channel 3 all weekend, my mum and I taped the whole thing... but no Gogol. Boo! |

Not sure how to share the Lowlands feed - but if you have RealPlayer you can download it, so someone more tech savvy than I ought to be able to find a way to share. _________________ 'I'm relaxed, I'm just lurking around' |

If I see this pix and videos (especially the Che Sudaka one) I regret that I wasnt there...
Still Sziget kicks more ass than Lowlands, but it would be better if it wasnt at the same date so I could do both festivals...
Now I have to go to germany next week to see Gogol.. _________________ Music falls back to second place in this commercial race |

After chatting with Bossanostra the other day about not getting rid of any photos that look unusable on first glance, he inspired me to go back to the ones I didn't think worth using. I ended up finding a whole bunch of shots that I thought worked in black and white and adding them to my set from this festival.
The rest are all here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/geshmally/sets/72157606835080454/
